the silent journey of the soul
An awakened divine feminine is a powerful mirror for souls who are open to the idea of spirituality and healing through presence. She has been enlightened through many trials and tribulations and has mastered herself both emotionally and mentally. She’s found a deeper sense of belonging within herself by balancing her inner dualities, alchemizing pain into wholeness through isolation, faith, and trust. She embodies the dark and light polarity and carries a balanced feminine and masculine energy, a conduit between the spiritual and the physical realms. She is an embodiment of unconditional love and authenticity — a lover of humanity and a protector in the spiritual plane.
SHE IS THE EMBODIMENT OF THESE ELEMENTS:
Fire | Air | Water | Earth
Passion | Independence | Peace | Compassion | Generosity | Intuition | Empathy

“I transform pain and suffering into a greater capacity to love.”
a loving note for THE DIVINE MASCULINE of the world
I know you are exhausted from always being the strong one, working tirelessly for everyone’s well-being, and ignoring your own emotional and physical needs. Your heart deserves to be nurtured and cared for without constantly feeling the need to prove yourself in the material realm. Please know that you are appreciated and your existence matters in this world, with or without your accomplishments, because you have a good heart and the purest intentions for all. Be gentle with yourself and let your heart breathe lightly. It is your birthright to live freely in this lifetime, away from the shackles of your past pain and the heaviness of the societal expectations placed upon you as a child. Allow your occupied mind to rest now. You are safe. Relax in the inner knowing that your worth does not belong to the world that is too blind to see it, because that value lies within you, in your heart. No one can take that away from you, unless you allow it. You are the true emperor who knows no boundaries because of a thousand ancestral lines behind you, pushing and supporting you. You exist to make a difference in this world: a divine order written before its time.
It is time to awaken to your truth.
With Love, Maricel
The Morphing of the Human Consciousness
A short look at how distorted energies within the body affect humanity: man, woman, children, and the environment. This is not a handbook nor a step-by-step guide but a testimony of one’s in-depth participation in and extrication from the experience, witnessing the struggles and transformations on a conscious level through deep observation. Brace for impact and potential confusion as the writer’s hand (that would be my hand) chose both scientific and spiritual approaches in hopes of bridging the gap between dualities. Perhaps none of it will make sense now, but as time passes, it might awaken something within, for its purpose is to enlighten, not to possess.
The History of Wounds
Upon arriving on Earth as a singular body of energy, the soul carries core wounds, values, and strengths inherited from the ancestral lineage, which are expressed in early childhood through the soul's character, behaviors, and interests. This is why children show unexplainable inner characteristics that set them apart from their family, because a soul’s lineage is not the same as the vessel that birthed it. Biologically, the newborn vessel inherits wounds, hereditary illness, and, hopefully, positive traits from the parents and their bloodline, which are integrated with the soul’s preexisting wounds and traits. The purity and light the children embody overpower the pre-existing shadow aspects within them; some patterns heal, and some exacerbate, depending on their immediate environment. Parents are chosen to create the vessel to house the soul with an unconscious or conscious promise to the Creator that their devotion to self will help guide the child to remain true to form. In essence, we are not our parents, and they are not us. Some become soul family, and others become karmic family—a predestined arrangement. A karmic family purposely stunts soul growth and expansion as lessons to overcome, while a soul family supports the expansion because of an inner knowing, and it is because they carry fewer wounds that they can see the child for who they are.
In a perfect world just like in the Book of Genesis, if all children were raised by completely unwounded caregivers chosen by the Creator, it would be difficult for them to stray away from their truth—but sadly, that is not the current reality because humans have long created the cracks and continue to remain in denial, causing the new generations to not only relive the unwanted inherited wounds, but to multiply them. They are then subjected to early mental imprisonment, and if not mended, it creates further distortions, illusions, and dissonance.
The truth is, we all stray away from the soul body during our existence for obvious reasons that the world is heavily controlled by the material realm. The possession of the material does not create the gap between the soul and the vessel; it is the act of being possessed by it. However, the human body as an individual ultimately is responsible for facing and learning all the karmic lessons presented in the 3D plane in tandem with the soul to reach wholeness once more, to lead the vessel to its purpose. Alas, one cannot get there by surrendering to comfort.
The Human Pollutants
If you truly pay attention, humans unconsciously go through the motions in life directed by the wounded subconscious, hence the term “unconscious.” These wounds are emotional trauma and unmet needs that are stuck in the body as distorted energies. The more one chooses to live unconsciously, the more the wounds exacerbate, slowly killing the vibrant life force energy. It is much like an infected physical wound: the toxins can eat away the flesh around it, and eventually, the rest of the body if not cared for. The body that carries the heaviest unhealed wounds emits the most toxicity, irrespective of what one may present externally.
The toxicity emitted from the human body’s unhealed inner wounds (distorted energies) is transferable and transmitted in various ways that can contaminate one’s wellbeing and influence behavior that can change the course of one’s life: it is through touch and proximity, through the voice, through sexual encounters, through kissing, and, most powerful but less physical, through the subconscious projection. Through these avenues of connecting, soul ties or quantum entanglement, whether karmic or nonkarmic, are created that can be carried through for lifetimes. It is our responsibility to recognize and clear out the unhealthy ties, both physically and energetically, by listening to our own body. Just like how high vibrational frequency is contagious in the best way, low vibrational frequency has the same effect. Since so many are carriers of distorted energies, the frequency emitted is easily intercepted and absorbed by the masses. In the ether, these are tiny little invisible bullets traversing toward the children’s pristine subconscious. Without constant releasing of the distorted energy, or healing in a spiritual sense, the human vessel can and will eventually malfunction in some way, shape, or form, not only from the weight it already carries, but from the added weight absorbed throughout its lifetime.
The Invisible War
Since we are interconnected in this grand universal tapestry where we share the same breath, anyone with a wounded subconscious can dismantle inner stability on a small and large scale without doing much in the physical. The back-and-forth transmission of low-frequency signals in the ether is what causes the inner chaos within the human mind. While gas emissions cause havoc to all living creatures, so does the toxicity that is emitted from the inner wounds. Imagine an actual war zone with weapons firing back and forth in the air; this is exactly what it looks like in the ether with all the subconscious negative projections. The projections become voices in the head, and when it reaches the subconscious, it causes a triggered reaction depending on the inner wound one carries. One may suddenly feel inexplicable doubt out of nowhere; some may brush it off, and others may sit with the discomfort of overthinking. If the projection is done consciously, meaning if the projection is verbalized, the effect can be more devastating toward that individual on an energetic level, which can manifest as low self-esteem or self-doubt, placing an energetic wedge between two decisions, for example. For some, a permanent ownership of the negative projection takes place, which becomes a weight in one’s energetic field that lowers the vibrational frequency.
Those who are operating from a low vibrational state are the most reactive to this phenomenon because the subconscious is already corrupted and pressurized by negative thoughts that the blocked intuition cannot filter through. The chaotic mind and the exhausted body are no longer driven by the soul, but by the weight of its wounds and the impulsivity it brings to the surface. It is when humans are most susceptible to the infiltration of the dark forces. Many numb the heaviness through substance abuse and fleshly distractions. Some may present a pretentious, composed exterior, while others are more expressive of their dark polarity directed to the world. Humans, conscious or unconscious, have some level of awareness of how far one can go when driven solely by their shadows.
In a spiritual sense, this can be referred to as spiritual warfare; it is especially worse for those who are on a specific path to enlightenment. Before one receives heavy spiritual protection, one must go through a series of attacks that can feel like there is no way out, like it is the end of the road as spiritual training. The darkness wants humans to give up by setting traps through thoughts, people, and circumstances, making the journey seem impossible to achieve. Two things: when one is under a heavy spiritual attack from the enemy, one will feel anger towards the Creator, but when the heaviness is brought upon by the Creator as a form of test, one will feel the need to be closer to the Creator. Over time, the relationship between matter and the Creator strengthens, which is the whole point of the journey. Through the repeated cycles of darkness, a mental fortress and a protective shield against the invisible war is slowly developed, earning a rank in the spiritual realm, not as a show of hierarchy in the physical, but as a silent, consistent protection so the soul can continue to shine and fulfill its mission.
The Siphoner and Siphoned
In the absence of inner union (lack of balance of inner dualities), the requirement to emotionally fill the emptiness inside through external sources is endless, regardless of their origin. Concerning the word “siphon”, humans essentially function like drinking straws, inserting themselves into anything or anyone that carries the things that the wounded subconscious directs them towards for temporary fulfillment. In the physical, it could look like gossip, overattachment to people and things, excessive use of technology, addiction to social media, and any distraction that takes away the space to create a genuine life force energy through introspection and healing. The underlying codependent energy that flows between the subjects is what makes detaching a challenging task, not the subject itself. This constant drawing of energy from empty sources and half-charged batteries keeps humans running on empty.
In human behavior, the most wounded who lack self-awareness happen to siphon the most: the highjackers of destiny, the energy vampires. These empty vessels know consciously or subconsciously what they lack and what will put them in their power. They draw out the good qualities and potential of another because they do not know how to be otherwise, and in return, they mirror back their shadow aspects to the other (character/appearance swap), filling in the gap with empty compliments to slowly dismantle one’s inner trust. They walk around with decent jobs, making decent money, looking decent in the human eye. However, behind all that borrowed power is the true generator of the light, working tirelessly behind the scenes energetically while the other continues to siphon. In the physical, it appears as if the hijacker has good intentions because it provides, it appears when needed, it smiles with compassion, and it keeps everyone busy. The siphoned has no time or energy to devote itself to anything other than generating more energy and carrying the emotional weight the siphoner is unable to process—no purpose, no feeling, no sense of direction, no destiny, no peace, no spirit—exactly how the siphoner wants it. Both want happiness, but one is operating on an unconscious darkness, while the other is operating on a semi-conscious, low self-worth state of being, with which both are at fault for denying what the soul is calling forth. This dynamic is a similar dynamic that humans unconsciously inhabit daily within the matrix system.
We are all given the ability to regenerate our own life force energy, but until one reaches a high level of self-awareness and into consciousness, the senses will continue to be blocked, unable to feel what the body warns against and calls forth. Energy exchange does not only occur during physical interactions, but it continues long after. Anyone can siphon through quantum entanglement, and without an awareness of one’s energy input and output, depletion is inevitable. A self-contained and integrated individual is conscious of its own energy baseline and has the ability to separate itself from any interference, both physically and energetically. A slight offness within its baseline sends a ripple effect within the body, where an unwanted energy is transmuted as an automatic response to return to a balanced state. For many, the unconscious overdispersion throughout the day causes energy regeneration to slow down. Even in times of rest, the life force is still being siphoned. It is because of unconscious energetic attachments, where the body never separates from what it absorbs. The distorted energies are stored in the subconscious, ultimately creating blocks in the energy flow within the body. Humans then slowly become what the subconscious retains, resulting in dissonance from one’s inner truth, and to lose truth means to control, and to control means to possess.
The Controller and the Controlled
It turns out, there is only the controlled because to live unconsciously is to be unaware of this dynamic at play within oneself. Even the most controlling is a servant to its own emotional trauma and the material that supports it, not by true inner power, thereby falling into the category of the controlled. In the physical, the so-called controller may appear in control of all things: the people, the children, the materials, the schedule, the job, the outcome, the connections, the decisions, the house, the destiny, and so on. The so-called controller’s (which can also refer to society, traditions, organizations, and churches) underlying strong but distorted push energy with its own corrupted agenda dominates those who are quantum entangled by its energy, who may lack a sense of self and boundaries, thus becoming the controlled in the dynamic. And those who fall under the energetic control of the so-called controller may resent this dynamic, so they either project it outward by controlling someone or something else as an unconscious or conscious retaliation. Some surrender their power altogether for the sake of keeping the peace, not as a genuine decision, but because their wounds convinced them that it is better to stay silent. This defense mechanism manifests as a stagnant energy that disables movement forward in the physical, away from what hurts. This is the hidden hierarchy of the human control system.
Since these are deep subconscious wounds, the dissonance between physical actions and intentions may or may not be consciously recognized. In this sense, relationship dynamics become codependent, manipulative, deceptive, calculated, transactional, conditional, and performative, where people become objects and possessions rather than meaningful experiences. Reciprocity is a healthy part of our human existence as long as the intention is not driven by the wounds alone; otherwise, it becomes a never-ending, unhealthy cycle of quid pro quo. In whichever way control manifests in one’s reality, the common denominator is fear: of not having enough, of not being enough, of being abandoned, of being alone, of being hurt, of time, of societal expectations, of rejection, of being vulnerable, of being too much, of change, of being seen, of being loved, and countless more. Humans who are defeated by their own emotional trauma and the lack of accountability to heal them become victims of their own circumstances, where the world ultimately becomes the bearer of the weight.
To be healed, not to perfection, but enough not to be controlled by one’s own emotional trauma is to love without attachment, to lead without manipulation, to listen without judgment, to be vulnerable without fear, to release without resentment, to surrender without anxiety, to receive without possessing, to give without expectation, to hurt without retaliation. For the receiver, this feels like freedom, and for the giver, this, too, feels like freedom. In this new way of being, there is no such thing as the controlled; there is only freedom, healthy boundaries, and self-acceptance.
The Backward Approach of the Unconscious
Humans are creatures of external certainty; thus, any call for internal shift (the intangibles), humans almost always resort to the tangibles first. This is the backward approach of the unconscious; not because it is wrong, but because the wounded subconscious tries to resist the call for realignment, as the body has become accustomed to the silent misery of mental imprisonment and the comfort of material security. Unconscious means unaware of the shadows that are lying dormant within: the barriers to seeing one’s own truth, thereby not recognizing the truth of another, lacking awareness of the deeper meaning of life, and the feeling it brings. When the inner calling arrives, it is a lot easier to reach for the superficial: diets, pills, injections, exercise fads, a new job, or any quick solution to fill the void, but in the end, the longing for something still lingers. Some search for a new place to live, new relationships, or a new community, but only to carry the same wounds, ending up in the same cycle of pain and loneliness. Humans want to stay afloat, but never want to look into the deeper underlying cause because it’s scary. Nobody wants to unpack a closet full of skeletons. Through the Law of Free Will, humans delay the healing necessary, but the call only gets louder by the day, and in tandem, the need for superficial relief becomes more attractive for the unwilling. One can never get to the soul until one faces the shadow aspects of oneself, to accept and integrate them, to achieve wholeness. One can pretend, but ultimately, it will only be met with the echoes of the past and the disappointments of the future.
In the end, the loss of sacredness within humanity is the culprit for the distortion of the human consciousness, because without sacredness, the inner wounds are not honored to be healed. The externalities become the devotion, and the wounds control the narrative, where, for the most part, the children suffer the consequences.
Full Circle: The Eye of the Needle
“I was born in the snakepit, which poisoned my mind, but my supercharged heart kept me alive. As I got older, more and more snakes showed up in my life, deRAILing me from my destined path, so I learned to suck the poison out, but the last snake took all that I had because the poison was too grand. ultimately, I succeeded, but it made my soul weary.”
Three years (give or take) is how long it took to heal from ancestral wounds, generational wounds, and to clear out the seven deadly sins influenced by a deeply wounded covert narcissist, averaging to about a million wounds and learned negative patterns. When the call came, the number 555 kept appearing to me; it is an angel number signaling that major life changes, personal growth, and transformation were inevitable—a crash course on spirituality and a point of no return. Speaking about it now is difficult because it happened in such a nonlinear fashion. The healing was like receiving a surgery using twilight anesthesia, but a surgery for the soul, being somewhat aware of what was happening without immediate clarity. It was agreeing to sit alone in a room (the dark night of the soul) while nature performed the surgery, followed by disorienting recovery periods and active integrations. It was a painful refining process, but a higher force was always present to remind me of what my soul was capable of enduring (no therapists or retreats). The healing came through in a series of energetic activations and spiritual downloads, with which I was not the same each time. Crossing the threshold of each initiation could be compared to a phone receiving an overnight upgrade, but in this case, there was clarity, clearing of the negative patterns, spiritual richness, expanded consciousness, and inner wisdom as part of the spiritual ascension reward program. Moreover, the activations were triggered by other sources in the physical realm, such as people, places, things, and events (i.e., spiritual attacks), transmuting the pain associated with the encounter into love, light, and inner power.
As difficult as these moments were, the inner transformations were personal triumphs that were celebrated in silence, not publicly and loudly. This means not sharing the suffering with the world before the wounds are healed, and no longer reacting the same way to triggers when they are presented as a test. At this point in the spiritual journey, peace and sovereignty became the utmost priority; sharing the wisdom learned is part of the assignment to help others ascend, guided by the divine. As the healing progressed, so did the body. When allowing the inner wounds to heal organically, the body responds, and the cells can regenerate due to the extensive release of emotional weight, which is a miraculous thing about the human body. In the physical, the result of the inner work can appear as glowing skin, healthier hair, weight loss, better posture, mental clarity, inner peace, steadiness, open-heartedness, and countless more.
Healing in God’s terms for me meant obeying the separation, temporarily or permanently, from everyone and everything that did not serve my highest good, where faith, hope, and trust became my only allies. The experience felt like a slow progression into isolation, where people and things were being plucked from my reality one by one: phone calls lessened, opportunities and doors closed, and new acquaintances came and went. I literally became a female monk, but with a slightly better outfit, while still functioning as a normal human being and weaving a vision for the future. The boundaries placed revealed people’s true intentions and who they truly were in the flesh—an extremely jolting experience and a divine preparation. There were times when I wished my journey were as easy as Julia Roberts’ in the movie Eat, Pray, Love, but that was not the case. Awareness and acceptance of what and why it was happening helped to eliminate the blame and anger toward the self and others. It was an understanding that reigniting the light could not be done in the presence of those who unconsciously put it out. It was a deep spiritual purification process of the mind, body, and soul, restarting from ground zero (inner union) with a humble new inner foundation to connect, serve, build, and create purely from the heart—no masks or illusions—only love, authenticity, and discernment; to continue to evolve and act with accountability and humility to keep what I am entrusted, even when no one is watching — especially when no one is watching.
